The shipping was late, but that's not yours business. I suggest a photo on the wallet page, where you can see how the customization would look like - I, myself was a little nervous about the it, but as I mentioned I was satisfied with it. Note that I just received the wallet today (12/30), even though you shipped it on the 20th and it arrived in the US on 12/22.
